We believe in transparent pricing. Fees listed are our standard rates. Additional charges may apply for complex cases or treatment requiring additional time. Any variations will be discussed at the time of your appointment and may be confirmed in advance by contacting our office.

As of Sept 1, 2024, there is a mandatory $50 co-pay due at the time of the visit for Children (4-18) and Senior (65+) exams with Alberta Health Care Coverage.

Co-pay does not apply to myopia control program patients.

Child (Age 0-3) Baby/Toddler Age. This is a great time to get your child’s first eye exam, it is covered annually by Alberta Health and we can identify emerging vision issues. Covered*
Child (Age 4-18) Covered annually by Alberta Health. We charge a mandatory $50 co-pay to cover comprehensive imaging. Additional fees apply for contact lens services. $50 co-pay (with Alberta Health*)
Senior Ages 65+. Contact lens fees may apply. $50 co-pay (with Alberta Health*)
Medically Necessary Eye infections, pain, sudden vision changes & more. Covered*

*Maximum of one comprehensive exam per benefit year (Jul 1 – Jul 30) with valid Alberta Health Care Coverage. All other visits or second opinions will be charged at our regular rates. Certain limitations may apply. Government-insured exams do not include contact lens services or other uninsured screenings or treatments unless clinically indicated (available at additional cost).
